Where do you deliver to?
We are proud to announce as of this year we can now offer our customers a chance to enjoy our meat services anywhere in the Republic.
We recently teamed up with Irelands biggest and most reliable parcel company DPD. We can now offer our customers Nationwide Deliveries to all 32 Counties of Ireland.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order. It is then prepared by our expert butchers, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier, DPD.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Nourfoods and its courier’s control are bound to occasionally cause delays.

When is our delivery cut of time.
The cut of time is 10 am Thursday of every week. Orders placed after the cut off time will be scheduled for the following week.
In general, its best to place your order from the beginning of the week to guarantee same week delivery.
Although great effort and attention goes into each order however on rare occasions some orders might occur a delay as we might be out of stock due to issues outside of Nourfoods control.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered.
Orders placed with the Nourfoods are shipped via trackable methods. A daytime shipping address is required, and a personal signature may be needed upon delivery.
If you are not present during the time of delivery, a delivery notification note will be left at your address. Please get in touch with the courier through the contact numbers left on the note to collect your package or schedule for another delivery.
If the tracking information indicates that that package has been delivered while you were out, please check with your neighbour's or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbour's, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, or garage.
I would like to reschedule my delivery or change the delivery address.
You may change the delivery address to your order if it has not been processed by our fulfilment Team. The best way to ensure your order is rectified in time is to drop us an email as soon as possible at [email protected] so that we can reschedule your order to your preferred time.
Do you offer a Click & Collect Service
Yes, If you choose to collect from our store you can order from Monday to Thursday any time before 4pm, just choose pickup at checkout when finalising your order and we will contact you to finalise your order and pickup time.
How do I return a product?
We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened items to the returns address below.

What should I do in case of Lost or Damaged Parcels?
If you have any lost or missing products from your order, then please email our Customer Care team ( [email protected] ) Or phone us on 00353868745000 for online orders only.
Lost parcels must be reported within 2 days of the dispatch date, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned within 2days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
